Selling Land & Sites

Selling your site

If you bought a site with the intention of building but have decided that it may not be the right time, location or move for you, we are here to discuss the options available for selling your site.

Single sites

If your site is for one dwelling, you may want to consider selling the site with planning permission. Single property sites are becoming increasingly popular with buyers wishing to design their brand-new home with few restrictions.

Sites for several properties

If your site is larger than one dwelling, we are always on the lookout for large plots of land ideal for developers. Our property developer contacts rely on us for their next big project!

Agricultural Land

It isn’t only sites that we bring to the market for our customers. Agricultural land is ideal for those looking for farming, grazing, pasture, harvesting, cropland or those with allotment interests and investors. The value of your land will depend on its grade, location and ease of access.

Here’s how we do it…

Stage 1

Knowing your property’s worth

We recommend getting three separate valuations for your property. This means that you will get a greater understanding of the true value of your home and the potential amount you could achieve in your sale. At this stage, you will also meet your dedicated home team who will work with you throughout the process. Your valuation is completely free and without obligation.

Stage 2

Listing your property

When you give us the go-ahead to market your property, we will conduct a 3D scan to create a high-end virtual viewing experience, included free with our registration package. Costs associated with listing your property are listed below.

Stage 3

Viewings & offers

To make the process as simple as possible, we offer an option of key accompanied viewings at no extra cost. This means we can keep the process of selling your home moving and you don’t have to change your schedule.

Stage 4

Agreeing the sale

Your dedicated home team will ensure that all relevant details relating to the status of your buyer are received and thoroughly checked prior to agreeing your property online. Until 100% satisfied with the details, your property will continue to be actively marketed.

Stage 5

Completion

Once the purchaser has signed the contract, your solicitor will be in touch to arrange for you to sign and agree to a completion date to work towards. Our friendly home team will stay in touch with you and facilitate key handover on the day.
