Here at Bill McCann’s, we provide a professional Estate Agency Service with a personal touch. With the ever-evolving landscape, we too have found ourselves changing and continuing to improve and innovate to be the best that we can be for our customers.

To list a few, our move to a modern ground floor office space near the MOT centre has afforded our clients ample free parking away from the busy Lisburn one way system. Our modern user-friendly website allows for anyone to easily access information relevant to them and our pioneering 3D Virtual Tours, free for each client, has ensured a superior online marketing presence.

We know there are a variety of reasons and emotions involved when buying and selling. With this in mind, Simon, Ross and Pauline each offer a unique combination of experience and knowledge which when paired with excellent client care, creates the support and professionalism on which we pride ourselves.

The whole team at Bill McCann Estate Agency were perfect. We had a very difficult house to sell and through all the ups and downs they never stopped trying. We owe a lot to them with all the extra work they put in to help us get over the line. No complaints from the team when I badgered them with calls/emails about our sale. This estate agent was my first choice when I decided to sell. I approached them almost one year before my home went onto the market as I was waiting for the right home to move to. The highly professional and friendly team understood my needs and worked with me at a pace that suited my needs/circumstances.
