Here at Bill McCann’s, we provide a professional Estate Agency Service with a personal touch. With the ever-evolving landscape, we too have found ourselves changing and continuing to improve and innovate to be the best that we can be for our customers.

To list a few, our move to a modern ground floor office space near the MOT centre has afforded our clients ample free parking away from the busy Lisburn one way system. Our modern user-friendly website allows for anyone to easily access information relevant to them and our pioneering 3D Virtual Tours, free for each client, has ensured a superior online marketing presence.

We know there are a variety of reasons and emotions involved when buying and selling. Simon and the team at the Lisburn office made the home buying process stress free (sounds unbelievable I know!) Any time we had a bump, Simon was on the phone and assured us it was already being handled. They were fixing problems before we even knew we had them but we were still so involved in the process and they made sure everything was exactly as we wanted. They’re incredibly proactive and no job is too big. Hopefully won’t be moving anytime soon, but if we were, I’d make sure we used Bill McCann as our Estate agents. Cannot recommend enough.

We are so glad we chose Bill McCann Estate Agency to handle the sale of our house in Royal Hillsborough. From the initial conversation with Pauline, through the valuation process, the photos, videos and all other communications, we were treated with respect but also sensitivity.

This estate agent was my first choice when I decided to sell. I approached them almost one year before my home went onto the market as I was waiting for the right home to move to. The highly professional and friendly team understood my needs and worked with me at a pace that suited my needs/circumstances. They were responsive, supportive and I felt that they had my best interests in mind. It ended up that they were managing my sale and by coincidence they were also managing the sale of the home that I was purchasing. They handled this scenario exceptionally well and helped create a great working relationship between all parties. My sale and purchase went smoothly. The team were also exceptional when it came to managing all viewings of the home I was selling and they put in the extra hours and patience when it came to me viewing the home for sale.
