Simon and the team at the Lisburn office made the home buying process stress free (sounds unbelievable I know!) Any time we had a bump, Simon was on the phone and assured us it was already being handled. They were fixing problems before we even knew we had them but we were still so involved in the process and they made sure everything was exactly as we wanted. They’re incredibly proactive and no job is too big. Hopefully won’t be moving anytime soon, but if we were, I’d make sure we used Bill McCann as our Estate agents. Cannot recommend enough.

This estate agent was my first choice when I decided to sell. I approached them almost one year before my home went onto the market as I was waiting for the right home to move to. The highly professional and friendly team understood my needs and worked with me at a pace that suited my needs/circumstances. They were responsive, supportive and I felt that they had my best interests in mind. It ended up that they were managing my sale and by coincidence they were also managing the sale of the home that I was purchasing. They handled this scenario exceptionally well and helped create a great working relationship between all parties. My sale and purchase went smoothly.
