Here’s how we do it…

Stage 1

Knowing your property’s worth

We recommend getting three separate valuations for your property. This means that you will get a greater understanding of the true value of your home and the potential amount you could achieve in your sale. At this stage, you will also meet your dedicated home team who will work with you throughout the process. Your valuation is completely free and without obligation.

Stage 2

Listing your property

When you give us the go-ahead to market your property, we will conduct a 3D scan to create a high-end virtual viewing experience, included free with our registration package.

Stage 3

Viewings & offers

To make the process as simple as possible, we offer an option of key accompanied viewings at no extra cost. This means we can keep the process of selling your home moving and you don’t have to change your schedule.

Stage 4

Agreeing the sale

Your dedicated home team will ensure that all relevant details relating to the status of your buyer are received and thoroughly checked prior to agreeing your property online. Until 100% satisfied with the details, your property will continue to be actively marketed.

Stage 5

Completion

Once the purchaser has signed the contract, your solicitor will be in touch to arrange for you to sign and agree to a completion date to work towards. Our friendly home team will stay in touch with you and facilitate key handover on the day.

This estate agent was my first choice when I decided to sell. I approached them almost one year before my home went onto the market as I was waiting for the right home to move to. The highly professional and friendly team understood my needs and worked with me at a pace that suited my needs/circumstances.
