Our entire experience with Bill McCann Estate Agents was faultless. From the very beginning, Simon and Pauline were a dream to deal with and they made us feel very at ease when buying our new house. We were so glad to have dealt with such a lovely Estate Agent as moving house can be very stressful. They were very reassuring and Simon kept in touch regularly. He then called to congratulate us personally when our purchase had completed. I honestly couldn't recommend them enough.

Simon and the team at the Lisburn office made the home buying process stress free (sounds unbelievable I know!) Any time we had a bump, Simon was on the phone and assured us it was already being handled. They were fixing problems before we even knew we had them but we were still so involved in the process and they made sure everything was exactly as we wanted. They’re incredibly proactive and no job is too big. Hopefully won’t be moving anytime soon, but if we were, I’d make sure we used Bill McCann as our Estate agents. Cannot recommend enough.

We recently bought a property through Bill McCann Estate Agency and the experience was extremely positive. We dealt with Simon throughout and he could not have been more helpful. He was always willing to go above and beyond, and was courteous, friendly and thoroughly professional. We were really impressed and would highly recommend.

We are so glad we chose Bill McCann Estate Agency to handle the sale of our house in Royal Hillsborough. From the initial conversation with Pauline, through the valuation process, the photos, videos and all other communications, we were treated with respect but also sensitivity.
Pauline kept us informed of all viewings and feedback from prospective buyers.
We always felt that the staff had our best interests at heart and took pride in their work. It has been a very emotional journey selling our family home, but Pauline in particular has been very sensitive to our feelings and has made this whole process much less traumatic than we'd first imagined it would be.
Thank you to all the staff at Bill McCann, I would recommend you to anyone selling their home.

The whole team at Bill McCann Estate Agency were perfect. We had a very difficult house to sell and through all the ups and downs they never stopped trying. We owe a lot to them with all the extra work they put in to help us get over the line. No complaints from the team when I badgered them with calls/emails about our sale. We were delighted we picked them and if we were buying/selling in the area again we would 100% be picking up the phone to Simon, Pauline & Ross

A massive thank you to Pauline, who was simply amazing. She kept us updated at every stage, answered every question, and made the whole process feel smooth and manageable. The team’s communication and support really made a difference, and it felt like they genuinely cared about our experience. 100% recommend- thank you so much for everything!!

We always use McCann's and highly recommend this very friendly, caring, family business. They made our house sale stress free and simple which made such a difference to keep us worry free. They also understood entirely our emotional ties to the property we were selling and for that we are very grateful.

We would not hesitate in recommending Bill McCann estate agency to anyone buying or selling a property, we found Simon (the agent we dealt with) to be excellent in keeping us up to date with the progress of our sale and went above and beyond in contacting solicitors and the purchaser in order to keep everything on track. We would definitely use this business again.

This estate agent was my first choice when I decided to sell. I approached them almost one year before my home went onto the market as I was waiting for the right home to move to. The highly professional and friendly team understood my needs and worked with me at a pace that suited my needs/circumstances. They were responsive, supportive and I felt that they had my best interests in mind. It ended up that they were managing my sale and by coincidence they were also managing the sale of the home that I was purchasing. They handled this scenario exceptionally well and helped create a great working relationship between all parties. My sale and purchase went smoothly. The team were also exceptional when it came to managing all viewings of the home I was selling and they put in the extra hours and patience when it came to me viewing the home for sale. Thanks to the team. I highly recommend this company.
